Sticking to your health goals in 2011!

It’s that time of year again………New Year’s resolutions and goals that we set and have great intentions of fulfilling and then in February we have slipped back into our old habits.

Common New Year’s resolutions are:

  1. Lose weight
  2. Quit smoking
  3. Improve poor dietary habits
  4. Feel healthier

These goals can be easily achieved but we have to make sure that you don’t set yourself up for failure – the goals you set must be realistic and tailored to what you think you can achieve. This allows you a much better chance of attaining these goals.
